ARI Report – The Future of Digital Inspections

Our Company

Our history reports are designed for seller use only, providing a concise summary of available records associated with a vessel.

Information is compiled from available third-party, government, marine-industry, insurance, auction, and other authorized sources. Records vary by vessel, and the absence of a record does not guarantee that an event did not occur.

This report is intended as a seller reference and disclosure-support document and should not be considered a guarantee of the vessel’s condition, value, or complete history.

Our Story

In 2005, our founder and CEO recognized a major challenge in the used-watercraft market: important vessel history was often difficult to locate, scattered across multiple sources, or unavailable in one convenient place.

The idea behind All Ride Insight was simple, bring available watercraft history information together into a clear, accessible report so customers can research a vessel’s background and make more informed decisions.

Since then, All Ride Insight has focused on helping users review available records, identify potential concerns, and conduct better due diligence when evaluating used watercraft.

Our mission is simple: make available watercraft history easier to access, understand, and review.

Data Accuracy, Transparency & Trusted Reporting

At All Ride Insight, we take data accuracy, transparency, and customer confidence seriously. Our goal is to provide clear, professionally presented digital reports that help customers make more informed decisions when evaluating vehicles, boats, watercraft, and related equipment.

Every report is prepared using information available from the data sources and records applicable to the specific asset being researched. Depending on the vehicle, vessel, equipment, jurisdiction, and availability of records, our reporting process may incorporate information from government and state records, title and registration databases, manufacturer-provided information, safety and recall databases, insurance and loss records, theft-related records, salvage and auction records, inspection information, service and maintenance records, and other reputable third-party data sources. The availability of any particular record may vary, and not every vehicle, boat, or piece of equipment will have information in every category.

Comprehensive Digital History Reports

Our reports are designed to bring relevant information together in one convenient digital format, helping customers review important historical indicators without having to rely solely on a seller’s description or verbal representation.

Depending on the asset and the records available, a report may include information such as:

  • Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) or Hull Identification Number (HIN) verification
  • Manufacturer, model, year, specifications, and identifying information
  • Title and registration history
  • Recorded ownership and registration events, where available
  • Odometer information and reported mileage history
  • Potential mileage or odometer discrepancies
  • Accident, damage, loss, or incident records
  • Salvage, rebuilt, junk, or other title-brand information
  • Total-loss indicators
  • Theft-related records, where available
  • Flood, fire, weather, or environmental damage indicators
  • Insurance and auction-related records, where available
  • Service, maintenance, and inspection records, when reported
  • Manufacturer recalls and applicable safety information
  • Historical photographs or supporting documentation, when available
  • Boat and watercraft identification and historical information
  • Equipment and specification information
  • Other relevant historical events identified within the available data

Our Data-Sourcing Approach

We believe customers deserve to understand where report information comes from. For this reason, All Ride Insight is committed to presenting information in a straightforward manner and distinguishing between documented records, reported information, and information that may require additional verification.

Information may originate from multiple independent sources, including governmental agencies, state-level records, manufacturers, insurance-related databases, authorized reporting entities, auctions, service providers, inspection records, and other reputable data contributors. Because records are created and maintained by different organizations, the timing, completeness, terminology, and availability of information can vary from one asset to another.

We do not represent that every available historical event will appear in a report. An incident that was never reported, never recorded, or occurred outside the reporting network available to us may not be reflected. Likewise, the absence of a record should not automatically be interpreted as proof that an event never occurred.

Built to Reduce Uncertainty

Purchasing a vehicle or boat is a significant decision, and historical information can play an important role in evaluating that decision. Our mission is to reduce uncertainty by organizing available information into an easy-to-review digital report that customers can access when and where they need it.

Whether you’re preparing to sell a vehicle or boat, researching an asset before purchase, verifying available historical information about a watercraft, or reviewing equipment-related information, All Ride Insight provides a convenient way to examine the records available for that particular asset.

Our reports are intended to complement, not replace, a professional mechanical inspection, marine inspection, test drive, sea trial, physical examination, title verification, or other appropriate due diligence.

Transparency & Report Limitations

All Ride Insight is committed to responsible reporting. Historical reports are based on information available to us from the sources utilized for the particular report at the time it is generated. Records may be incomplete, delayed, amended, incorrectly reported, unavailable, or subject to jurisdictional limitations.

For that reason, our reports should be considered an informational due-diligence resource, rather than an absolute certification of an asset’s condition, ownership status, market value, or complete history.

A report containing no adverse records does not necessarily establish that a vehicle or boat has never experienced an accident, damage, mechanical issue, repair, alteration, theft, flood exposure, or other event. Similarly, the presence of a record does not by itself establish the current physical condition of the asset. Customers should independently verify material information and obtain an appropriate professional inspection before completing a purchase.

Your Information. Your Decision. Our Commitment.

At All Ride Insight, we believe better information leads to better decisions. That’s why we focus on presenting available historical information in a clear, organized, and accessible format rather than leaving customers to piece together information from multiple sources.

Our commitment is simple: clear information, responsible reporting, transparent sourcing, and a better customer experience.

With All Ride Insight, you’re not simply receiving a digital report. You’re receiving a professionally organized research resource designed to help you ask better questions, identify potential concerns, verify available information, and approach your next vehicle or boat transaction with greater confidence.

Our Community

Over the years, we have realized that simply providing information to consumers through our website wasn’t enough to help boating become safer for everyone. Through our partnerships in the marine industry, we have been able to grow awareness and help boaters even more! We are very happy to be members of the Marine Retailers Association of America (MRAA)National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA)National Marine Lenders Association (NMLA), and National Association of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA) to name a few. We look forward to becoming more involved with each of these organizations, and joining more as we continue to grow. One of our most influential partnerships is our strategic alliance with the National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB) where our data exchange will help alert the NICB to stolen vessels, while contributing yet another source of information to our extensive database.

Our Partners

We have aligned ourselves with like-minded and influential marine partners that create a positive influence, encourage education, and empower their customers to make the informed boating decisions. Some of these organizations include BoatU.S.International Yacht Brokers Association (IYBA)BoatTest.comJ.D. Power, and iBoats.com. As a marine business, who wouldn’t want to work with those guys?!
