3. All Ride Insight Services
(a) Description
All Ride Insight helps users track and manage personal vehicle information, including:

- Service history
- Warranty alerts
- Maintenance reminders
- Third-party product and service offers

(b) License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use All Ride Insight Services for personal, non-commercial use in the U.S., subject to these Terms.

We receive safety and emissions recall data from most U.S. vehicle manufacturers. We do not guarantee that this information is complete or up-to-date.
Toyota, Scion, and Lexus Recall Notices:
- Toyota provides recall data for the last 10 model years for U.S. vehicles
- Only open safety or emissions recalls with available remedies are listed

4. Sell My Car/Boat
All Ride Insight’s “Sell My Car/Boat” feature connects users with third-party dealers. All Ride Insight is not a party to any transactions and does not guarantee offers, pricing, or responses.
5. Used Vehicle Listings
All Ride Insight provides a platform for used vehicle listings but is not involved in sales. We:
- Do not guarantee vehicle availability or condition
- Do not process payments, titles, or logistics
- Do not verify seller-provided information
Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence and contacting sellers directly with any questions.
6. Disclaimers
All Ride Insight and its affiliates, employees, agents, licensors, and partners (“All Ride Insight Parties”) make no warranties regarding:

- Any transactions, offers, or pricing
- Validity of user Submissions
All Ride Insight may correct errors on the Site but is not obligated to do so. All vehicle listings are subject to prior sale. Buyers should resolve concerns directly with sellers before finalizing purchases.
